Material:

Thickness 1.2mm, 1.6mm or 2mm Pre-Galvanized Steel and width 90mm - Grade Z275

Thickness 1.6mm or 2mm Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel and width 90mm

Thickness 1.1mm Alloy Zinc and width 90mm

Types of Fences

Domestic: 1.1mm Alloy Zinc and 1.2mm Galv

Light Industrial: 1.6mm pre galv, 1.6mm hot dipped galv

Heavy Industrial: 2mm pre galv and 2mm hot dipped galv

Pales:

W-Shaped Roll-Formatted width 70mm

Pale point Format:

· 6 oval cuts – 3 at each side

· 4 oval cuts – 2 at each side

· 2 oval cuts – 1 at each side

· V cut

Bearers:

W-Shaped Roll-Formatted width 70mm with pre-punched holes

Gaps between Pales 70mm / 90mm / 110mm / 130mm or 150mm

Double Bearers top and bottom bolted back to back

Brackets:

New welded brackets with two 26.9mm round tubes 50mm long welded on a pre-punched baseplate

Bolts and Nuts:

Stainless Steel grade 304 6mm x 30mm Cup square Bolts

Stainless Steel geade 304 6mm Split Washer

Stainless Steel grade 304 6mm Shear-off nut

Application:

Pales sandwiched between double bearers top and bottom

Brackets concealed bolts into posts or walls

Once nuts is broken off system totally secured.

Sagging:

Our system cannot sag because of W-Formatted double bearers system

Panel Widths:

From 500mm up to 3000mm.

Posts:

We normally use 76 x 76 x 1.6mm Galvanized Posts with caps
